All orders are aimed to be posted before 3pm the same day. If you place your order after 3pm, it will be sent the next day. For Saturdays, orders placed before 9am will be posted the same day. For orders placed after 9am, they will be sent the following Monday.

International Tax and Duty.

Customers outside the UK will be required to pay local Taxes and Duties which vary dependant on your country. We recommend that you contact your local import office to gain details of these charges and any further information regarding delivery.

Please note if any parcels are refused at customs, the customer is liable to any additional costs for the return of your order which will be deducted from your refund amount upon receipt by ourselves.

Returns Policy

If the item you have purchased isn't right for you, you have 14 days to return it* to us at:

*Returns must be posted at your own cost and we advise you to send them via recorded delivery *

All items must be returned in their original condition, with the original tags, and where the tags aren't attached unfortunately a refund won't be given. 

When we receive your items they will be inspected and where the item complies with the above a full refund will be given within 14 days and you will be notified via email. 

*Please note that shedding fibres and pilling are normal with pure wool & faux fur products and texture will change over time with handling and washing. These are natural properties of wool & excessive fibres of faux fur and are not faults* 

FAULTY ITEMS

If the item you have received is faulty please notify us and send it back to the above address. Once the item is received we will inspect it and a replacement or a full refund will be given.
